Our Global Funding Network

Seabridge, in partnership with Refinitiv has created a digital financing marketplace solution on the global Refinitiv Eikon platform for funders to access funding opportunities on trade and supply chain financing assets.  This marketplace is powered by our Seabridge platform.

Refinitiv has more than 400,000 global users on their Eikon platform. This provides Seabridge buyers and sellers the global reach to a comprehensive group of eligible funders to participate in the financing of all the trade finance transactions on the Seabridge platform.

Our Corporate shareholders

Formerly the financial and risk business of Thomson Reuters, Refinitiv is a global provider of financial markets data and infrastructure. The new company is jointly owned by Blackstone Group LP and GIC Singapore which have a combined 55% stake in the business and the existing owner of Thomson Reuters owns the balance 45%.

Seabury Capital LLC (“Seabury Capital”) operates a number of specialty finance, investment banking, technology and software companies with a core focus anchored in aviation, aerospace & defense, maritime, and financial services/technology.

Bhushan Rao

CEO
With decades of experience in the commodity industry specializing in fertilizer industry, Bhushan has been associated with major industrial groups at senior management levels covering commodity trading, trade finance, as well as barters and offsets. Bhushan founded and managed 3 fertilizer companies and qualifying all 3 for Global Trading Programme (GTP) status under Enterprise Singapore.

Ravi Krishnappa

CTO
Ravi is a successful entrepreneur with multiple exits and an angel investor with more than a dozen startups in his portfolio. Currently based in India, Ravi has extensive working experience across the world, especially in the US, UK and Switzerland. Ravi has designed & built world-class supply chain products. He is also played the role of a CEO coach.

Yong Meng

Special Advisor
With more than 50 years in academia and banking, Yong Meng is an eminent figure in the banking industry. He helmed structured trade and commodities finance in various banks like BNP Paribas, ABN AMRO, RABO Bank, Fortis Bank and UOB. After serving with distinction in the banking industry, Yong Meng is now an adjunct lecturer in Singapore Management University specializing in trade finance.

Tan Chay Kee

COO
Chay Kee is a financial and corporate finance veteran. He has over 20 years of wide-ranging experiences in electrical engineering, corporate financial advisory, executive compensation consulting, corporate financial management, strategic planning and corporate development He has been Group CFO and Group Financial Controller of several Mainboard SGX-listed companies.
